Description of Issue (please provide specific details on what your issue is): My friend just downloaded the game. He is able to login with his Aries username and password, the Nexon Game Security also manage to pop-up but Maplestory won't open at all. The last thing he see is the blue box saying "Nexon Game Security", he checked task manager as well and "Aries.exe" is running but "Maplestory.exe" isn't running.
Methods you have tried: He excluded the folder with "maplestory.exe" already and he tried running Aries as admin/normally.
