Email changing issue

Recently i have changed my email to another one, and it said "Your ticket is being reviewed, email changing to: lb******[email protected]" but nothing really happen they still use my old associated email,

The problem is that now i want to change my email to another one, how can i change it please?

The email change is done manually by Elyx/Nova when they have the time.
It's not uncommon to wait a month or so.
