Hello, I am attempting to return to playing Aries and unfortunately I seem to have forgotten my PIC. I attempt to reset via the website and it sends an email to my linked email address; nothing actually gets received to said email. I have attempted to change email but it has been well over 2 weeks now and no change has been made, it still says "Your ticket is being reviewed" on the website. Just posting here on the off chance someone from the staff team may be able to reach out and give me a hand so I can return to playing the game.
