Email Change Help (Birthday Wrong)

Dear Aries Staff,

I want to change my E-mail due to too much spam/switching to Gmail for security reasons but even with the right security questions information (correct 3 IGNs that are in Character Selection (xxx, yyy, zzz)).

I still am rejected on the form page (after entering information) due to the only thing that can be wrong (Wrong Birthday - I may have put a random birthday for some reason when I registered years ago).

I have all the current account information (Email, ID, PW and PIC) and I just need an Admin to help me recover the Birthday I entered (through private message or through account email both works for me). Admin can also help me directly change the email if thats possible too.

Would be nice to get help with my current problem!

You must remember all your account information to recover your account. Staff Members are not going to DM you and give you information regarding any account, whether it's your's or somebody else's.

Thanks for the reply, Bread GM - I totally understand the risks of DM but what about using a similar system to Password Change/PIC Reset using a link through Email Confirmation?

You could send a link through Email Confirmation to view (or reset) the current account's Birthday - it would be much more secure that way (and ensure that only the account owner views their own information).

Otherwise, it would be near impossible for me to change my Email as I think I randomly chose the Day/Month when registering (when I was young many years ago).
