Elluel Client still gets deleted even though firewall is down

i turned off my windows defender security as well as put an exclusion on .exe and .zip files but the Elluel client still gets deleted after a few seconds of download. pleasee help

I have the same problem I fix this by allowing the threat once I put it inside my folder but I have to do this everytime the client updates

I have the same problem I fix this by allowing the threat once I put it inside my folder but I have to do this everytime the client updates

Add the folder path as an exclusion to Windows Defender, and should look similar to this:


The entire folder, and not just singular files (like .exe/.zip).
