Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): Self explained title, Elite bosses have dropped soul shards in the past and there have been a few finished souls out there. But after too many elite bosses I've gone through without EVER finishing one, i found out they simply just stopped dropping. They have a very low drop rate which makes them some of the more rare souls to come across.
While they aren't the best souls compared to Damien, Lucid, Lotus, etc. There are some people who may have an interest towards collecting them.
