I am a bishop and every time I attempt to kill Easy Magnus for my level 200 job advance I keep on dying and the map automatically kicks me out regardless of whether or not I have wheels or if the timer has run out. I end up only damaging maybe 10% of the easy magnus. I am unable to drink pots, my pets don't heal me and I can't use my healing skill not sure but I get a message when I try "you can not use this item because of the strange energy that surrounds you". My attack range isn't really far enough away from magnus to be able to hit him safely and not to mention I'm slow and he rushes me a lot. Also, every time I die I need to re-buff my magic guard. But honestly I've tried buff freezers and it doesn't slow down the process of dying.
It's quite embarrassing to be honest as I have to wait 24 hours each time for the boss clock to reset so that I can attempt killing easy magnus. I am unfunded and this is my first level 200. I am also quite new this version of maplestory in general.
If anyone has any tips on how I can avoid dying at easy magnus or how to kill him faster please let me know.
I do not mind doing some link skills or saving up meso for better gear.
I'm only asking because I can't really find anyone else with the same issue so I'm just going to assume I'm doing something wrong.
I have attached my stats, equips and health bars.
Any advice or tips are much appreciated
Thank you for your time,
- noob bishop
