Disconnecting: Selecting Channel & Forbidden Third Party Application - Error

Hi, I log in fine and when i go to select a channel in Scania it takes a couple mins to load and then the below error snipit pops up and closes client.
'We have identified that you are currently running a forbidden third-party application or is using a custom WZ Files....." below....


Methods you have tried: Deleting screenshots in file & restarting & reinstalling client. .
Additional remarks/screenshots:

Make sure you turn off any mouse/keyboard programs that could be used as a macro program and try logging in again.
