Disconnected from the login server

when im trying log in the game im waiting for the game to load (take like 2 mins after i choose channel log in)
then, the game quits and i get this message:

This error occurs when you have a bad connection with the server, the only real fix to this error is getting a better connection.

my connection is good, iv'e checked again the connection and even reconnected
im working on this computer and everything working when it comes to connection
still cant understand where the problem is :<

I got the problem.
i cant choose channel, that's what kicks me out the game
any solution?
