Hello, I had recently donated to the server but it isn't showing up in my donation history nor did the DP get sent to my account, I have the receipt and everything for the shop but I'd rather not show the screenshots in a thread rather than a moderator

Message Elyx#4031 on Discord. He's the Admin in charge of donations and will assist you when he's available.

Message @Elyx on the forums regarding your donation. He's the Admin in charge of donations and will assist when you he's available. Also, please contact him in English if possible.

Elyx isn't giving any contact and his Discord is down, he hasn't made contact with me in 3 days how am I supposed to get this fixed if literally no staff member is trying to help me with this.
Legitimately thinking about charging back because this is practically a scam at this point

For players that purchased Aries Points and have yet to receive them, please send me a private message with [1] a response to the following questions, and [2] your Username and Transaction ID:
  • Was your Username entered correctly when completing the purchase?
  • Is the transaction(s) not listed under the Purchase History on the website?
This only applies until Jan 15, 2022.

After the above-mentioned date, please divert all purchase concerns to Elyx via private messages.
