Despairing Blade familiar not dropping after presumably v219 update

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): The 'Despairing Blade' familiar just seems to not drop anymore, I've farmed at least 4 of these familiars(I sell badge service, so I keep count) some time before the v219.6 update, but at the moment they don't seem to drop anymore. Been at it for more than an hour with 620% DR, almost emptied out my familiar gauge and none have dropped.

Tested and confirmed still drop, but only with a rare potential, so rates are a bit lower.
