Decrease the price of initial name change.

It's unfortunate that you started off with an "extremely garbage IGN, and props to you for sucking it up.
I just see no reason for the price of a name change to be that of a fully scrolled equip.
That just seems absurd.
I mean, if I have to farm it out, I'll farm it out.
There was no complaint about having to farm the mesos out.

And it's not like my proposal of decreasing the initial cost contradicts it being a meso sink.
I'm still proposing for it to keep the same system, but just make this basic service more accessible for anyone who needs it for the first usage.

No reason for people to make assumptions about others.

You're asking for the price of a name change to be reduced or to make the first name change "free of charge"

If you're at a point where you've realized your IGN is garbage but you're unable to afford a 3B name change then you're probably still a position where you can create a new character and take 1-2 days to progress back to the exact same location.

In my personal opinion, once you've started doing arcane quests and have nodes and/or symbols that is when you are restricted to simply one character. At that point you should have a method of gaining money and the 3B shouldn't really be a problem.

What is the harm in lowering the initial cost of a name change? You can't just generalize peoples perspectives of their IGN, some people just prefer to stay with the same IGN even after they switch to another class, doesn't necessarily mean that they want to delete the entire character just for the IGN.

I think overall its a good idea to have it as a meso sink, but I think it should at least be a little more lenient. Not everyone is as serious about the game as someone like you might be, the casual players should be able to switch their IGNs if they want to, and not have to farm for hours for 3b to do so.

Cost of name change will not be adjusted. There are no plans to put it into Aries Point shop either.
