Dawn Warrior's 5th job skill "Rift of damnation"

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
"Rift of damnation" did not proc(rift explode) but it did reset Styx cooldown, What it normally should do is. Continually attacking the area around the rift with Styx Crossing causes the rift to grow, and eventually shatter, dealing 5720% damage to up to 15 enemies 6 times. However the rift explode does not deal damage as shown in the video.

Basically the slashing skill works, Cd is removed as it should be. But Underworld Shatter is not consistent and does not cause an explosion damage.
