Dark World Tree Weekly Not Resetting

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): My Dark World Tree weeklies aren't resetting and I suspect it's because I've never received my 5th quests (currently stuck on 4/5 and never got the top tier quests). Anyone know how to fix?

The problem is the quest where you need to kill 100 of each sapling not being registered as a weekly quest since it was previously a daily quest.
