Damage skins gone :/

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): So I logged in after couple months of not playing. When I checked my damage skins all of them are gone. I had a few, not sure which ones. But now I have 0.

Not sure where to post this problem, I tought it was sort of bug that they are gone. Could be wrong.
