Creating any job will automatically consumed 2 slots

Description of Bug: Creating any job will automatically consumed 2 slots as shown in SS. But the character (BAM in my case) at the initial spot will not be replaced (only replaced visually). After I deleted the character, my BAM will reappear. Tried using other character to create other job but same.

After some investigation of my own, it was not due to pink bean but it happens to any job I create will automatically consume 2 slots but not replacing the existing character.

Need help please.
