CPQ Points & Pvac bugged

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
1. Pvac not working in CPQ - tried disabling & enabling but still does not work. Pet loot is enabled. Pet have to manually loot the drops.
2. Points not showing & F1/2/3/4 not registering. Unable to use attacks/skills after pressing f1/2/3/4, have to @ea @check to use attacks again.

Same Bug although I have noticed that this bug only happens in public lobbies for me. The bug is triggered when you enter the map and the mobs seem to be moving in place. It's been 3 days and 1/3 of my CPQ runs have been bugged each time.
