Commerci Prequest Part 2 Bug

I fought some mobs in a map with a npc wearing a mask, after its complete i exit and then talk to Tepes since he has a "complete quest" bubble. But nothing happens and the quest is stuck idk how to proceed. Thank you I cant forfeit the quest either to restart so how?

If the quest is "Get Back Here", look for a quest called "Get Rich Quick" in the light bulb on the left side of your screen. After that, you can go into the building and continue the quests.
