Client Crashing After Entering PIC

New or existing player?: Existing, coming back from a 1 year hiatus
Device Type (e.g. Laptop/Desktop): Laptop
Connection Type (e.g. Wired/Wireless): Wireless
Operating System (e.g. Windows 7): Windows 10
Bit Type (e.g. 64-bit): 64-bit
Description of Issue (please provide specific details on what your issue is): My client won't load when I enter my PIC. In fullscreen mode, my screen just goes black. In windowed mode, it also goes black while expanding. When I try to switch between them (alt+enter), the client just closes.
Methods you have tried: Alt+enter, changing registry, restarting
Additional remarks: Please help!!!

Try going full screen at channel select and continue to login, if that still doesn't work try messing around with your laptop resolution before launching the game.
