So I had found a personality traits guide that showed the exp for each level of charm, and to go from 0 to level 30, looking at the cheapest exp per item, black dress shoes are the current most-efficient source. It takes 276 black dress shoes @ 1k NX ea, 276,000 NX from fresh to charm 30.
I would suggest doing zakum and horntail and Chaos horntail when possible to get the exp for the helms and pendants.
