Changing E-mail

I am trying to change the email to my main account because I do not remember my original email. I went to the website and changed it, but it just says "Your ticket is being reviewed, email changing to: (to current email)" It just shows this for the past couple of weeks.

Now I cannot even get into my account because I reset my pin and I cannot even get the new pin because I assume the email was sent to my old email in which I lost.

What should I do?
