Can't Pass over server selection

So the game runs normally i get through the nexon and WZ stuff then ONLY when i click the scania comes the visual library C++ maplestory.exe i already downloaded 2015 C++ But it says i have a newer C++ update installed should i uninstall and install the C++ 2015

This is a pretty common error, it may occur approximately 2-3 or 3-4 times before you'll be able to successfully login.

It's an MS-based issue by itself, so there's not much we can do.
