I am brand new here hoping to get this resolved quick.

New or existing player?: New
Device Type (e.g. Laptop/Desktop): Desktop
Connection Type (e.g. Wired/Wireless):Wired
Operating System (e.g. Windows 7): Win10
Bit Type (e.g. 64-bit):64bit
Description of Issue (please provide specific details on what your issue is): Logged in to the character screen, asked to create new pin but does not log in after pin creation. Pin creation is prompted every time I try to click start or double click my character.
Methods you have tried: Entered various pins, restarted computer, created a different character
Additional remarks: n/a

I believe the prompt for PIC isn't to create it, but to enter what you have created before you can login into the character.

I was able to create a character fine.

Thanks for the quick reply. But the problem is I do not have a previous pic to enter. The option is to create a new pic and it keeps prompting this even if I enter one.
