I just made a new account because the last one was perma-banned while i was inactive for half a year for whatever reason and now it is saying that I typed in the wrong user name and password. But I'm not.. I quadruple checked.. Need help

If you were banned previously then creating another account would count as ban evasion and you'll just be banned all over again.
