Cadena doesn't have any Quest

My Cadena is lvl 172 and he doesn't have any quest available(Light bulb missing & quest tab only has 3 event quest) to me is it because I skipped the intro at the start of the game?

Cadena and Illium, you MUST do all questline to access another quest (Including quest 5th job ).
