Hello,
We all know that the bug report section is a mess right now and many players are not satisfied with it.
Some reports get deleted without being solved, some claim that they are solved when they are not, and some are just sitting in one of the 16 pages of the bug reports. We know that some bugs are harder to fix than others, all we want is more clarity on the status of the bug.
My suggestions are the following:
1. "Confirmed/Unconfirmed" labels on posts - we all know that players sometimes mistake non bugs for bugs, or don't explain them correctly, This will tell the player whether the staff actually acknowledged the bug, that way a player will either provide additional information, or realize that there was no bug.
2. Confirming with the players that fixed bugs are actually fixed.
3. Add a bug fix status - This can be done by either labels or by colors, possible stages are "High priority", "Medium priority", "Low priority", "Fixed, awaiting for confirmation", "Fixed", "Cant fix at the moment".
4. Update the known bugs list and state near each bug whether its intended (Iframe related reports for example), and their status, so that people can check this before posting to avoid duplicates.
If anyone has other things to suggest regarding this, write below.
