Description of Bug:
1. Meltdown : if die while got 2-3 Energy Orb Charges after revived again (with using buff freezer) the number of Energy Orb Charge will be decreased to 1.
2. Serpent Vortex : sometimes Force of Ocean do not recharge(?) , gotta keep re-login until able to use this skill. (happened sometimes after disconnected and back to the game)
3. Lord of the Deep : did not consume energy per second as it should.(refer to v.200 patch notes) , hopefully when this issue got fixed Stimulating Conversation will got fixed too. (since they got the same logic like "increase/decrease energy per seconnd when X skill is activated")
