Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): Advanced Final Attack (4th job) is supposed to increase activation chance to 70% but it is currently not doing this. It is barely activating if you compare it to the GMS person's test.

EDIT: I just took in that this was already put in the compiled bugs list. But that was last updated last year in the fall. Sorry if this report was redundant.
