Description of Bug: Bishop's benediction is giving 1% less final damage to party members than it should.

Description of Bug: Casting heaven's door after the 'hidden' 600 sec cooldown has expired and while you still have a pre-existing one on you will cause this cooldown to restart itself, when it should not.

[GMS]: Video --> The bishop is seen with the heaven's door buff at the start of the video, casts it again(via unreliable memory), and he is not penalized with the 'hidden' 600 sec cooldown.

- The 10% final dmg debuff(green cross on the monster's head) is currently not applying to bosses, when it should.
- Heal's cooldown should be reduced by 2 sec per party member healed(including the bishop themselves).

- Similar to Heal, Dispel and Divine Protection's cooldown should be reduced by 4 and 60 sec respectively per party member cured(including the bishop themselves).

- Currently does not reduce %hp dmg by 10% as stated in the skill description. As seen in the AriesMS video below, I still take the full 100% hp dmg from Von Bon's OHKO attack.
- There should be a "hidden" 80 sec cooldown before you can receive the effects of the skill again, represented by a greyed-out holy magic shell icon at the top right. Attached a GMS video for reference.

- This skill currently does not inflict the 10% defense reduction stacks(up to 4) on monsters. At max stacks of 4, it should function like a 40% Ignore Enemy Def line you see on weapons/secondaries/emblems, for the bishop and their party members(or whoever is attacking the debuffed monster, for that matter), similar to a Paladin's Threaten skill.

- The 25% final damage boost from attacking a monster marked by Bahamut's insignia is not working.
Attacks from the Bishop themselves(eg. Angel Ray) should "consume" the insignia, and subsequently be granted a 25% final damage boost. In the video below, I did a damage test with and without Bahamut for a total of 50 Angel Rays each, making sure to keep Arcane Aim at 40% dmg throughout. From the tests, despite Bahamut inflicting the insignias, there is no discernible increase in both the total output and min/max dmg per hit of Angel Ray.

- The Inactive form of this skill does not heal enough(skill description says 16% of max hp but its healing 10% at the moment), and the damage buff it gives is only a flat 5% when it is supposed to scale with the user's INT stat(5% + 1% per 1250 INT) as mentioned in the skill description.
- Similar to Bahamut, the 50% final damage boost from attacking a monster marked by the insignias(inflicted by the Active form of the skill) is not working.
Attacks from the Bishop(eg. Angel Ray) should "consume" the insignia, and subsequently be granted a 50% final damage boost.

- Benediction's HP/MP recovery value is incorrect/does not scale with the user's INT. According to the skill description, it should be 1% + 1% per 2000 INT, up to 10%. In the video below, the recovery amount is only 1%.
- Would also like to point out that the final damage calculation does not appear to take into account the AP gained from adding points into the new paragon system. This is based on my observation from before and after the paragon revamp, would appreciate it if other bishops can concur.

Update: 24/11/2018
First of all, thank you for the latest wave of bug fixes. I would like to address certain remaining issues as well as new bugs that have appeared as of the v200 patch.

Holy Magic Shell (HMS)
- HMS should offer the -10%hp protection against terrain-based attacks(eg. meteors) as well. Currently, it does not.
[AriesMS]: Link(Skip to 0:22) - I get ohko-ed by the blue meteor despite having HMS up.
[GMS]: Link(Skip to 3:00)

- HMS does not work on %hp attacks that deal lesser than 100% of an individual's max hp(eg. 90%, 33%). In the video below, Vellum's pop-out attack appears to do 1/3(~33%) of my health without holy magic shell up(see 0:10). With holy magic shell he still hits me for 1/3 of my health(see 0:40).

- The new hyper skill Holy Magic Shell - Enhance does not further reduce %hp dmg by 5% as stated in the skill description. In the video below, Vellum's ohko fireball attack does 90% of my max hp, when it should've been 85%.

Benediction & Angel of Libra
- Benediction's final dmg% and Angel of Libra's dmg% calculation doesn't tally with the user's INT stat.
With 25k INT, bene should give 5%+(25/2.5)=15% fd, for a total of 1.03 x 1.15 ≈ 1.18(18% fd). Only received 17% fd in the video.
Angel of libra's dmg boost should've been 5%+(25/1.25)=25%, but it was 24% instead.
