In patch v.277, Abyssal Lightning underwent a rework, the old effect that transformed Dark Shock into Black Lightning is removed and replaced with Netherworld Lightning. Netherworld Lightning activates after Dark Shock, and currently the Netherworld Lightning effect is absent hence the skill (Abyssal Lightning) is not doing any damage.
