Hi, my original ban appeal was denied "in accordance with the Hacking rule under the IGN of Efuel", but I do not have any character named Efuel and have no recollection of ever seeing this IGN before. My main character is jingxx and I only have one account, which is jaydubs.
Beause I had been playing on a laptop and not on a desktop, I've been playing it not just at home but also in my university campus for example. However, because the school wifi doesn't allow playing of games and have blocked such functions so I've used a VPN in the 2 times that I've played in school. I was using ProtonVPN. Is it possible that that is the reason for this? Could I please ask for a re-investigation; I just feel really wronged and all I wanted to do was go back to playing now that it is winterbreak, only to find that I've been banned for being associated to some random player that I've never seen before.
