Reason for the ban: I was in paradise making mesos and in a moment I answered a phone call when the mushroom came out of that moment and I was selecting the corresponding figure when pointing to the second mushroom, the game hung up and the maplestory closed leaving I connected in line to try to return to the game. I got the permanent ban signal.
Why should we give you another chance? : I have done nothing wrong but play for hours, how was I supposed to confirm by selecting mushrooms if the game failed and threw me during fungus control?
