Anti-bot check triggering very often when grinding.

Hello everyone.

The following topic was on the shelf for quite a while, but now after the TOS update, it must be brought.

NOTE: This is a discussion and players are welcomed to post a constructive critique about this and maybe bring some suggestions.

As all of you know, Aries has an active bot checking system that pops up a window with a code to fill, a measure that is greatly helping to reduce botters.
But naturally, it is also triggered for non-botting players who just grind/farm and this is where the problem starts.

Taking myself as an example, Im a Thunder Breaker training at Ecrillas and I get the following bot check every 15-30 minutes.
At the moment, I have passed all the tests but it highly demotivates me to grind since the passing of the test relies on many other facts such as: lag, internet connection, power down, wifi signal loss, windows updates, etc..
For me, it makes grinding/farming a very stressful process that requires 100% concentration, thus making eyes hurt and getting tired really fast.
And now, with the new TOS modification, people who have had their first ban for one of the reasons above(non botting), will have their whole time, effort and energy invested in the game vanish if they have bad luck with completing the test in the second time.

Im not sure how often the check triggers with other classes at other places but for me rolling the dice every 15-30 mins is just too much of a risk.

Moreover, botting is impossible in all arcane river now because of the flying mobs.

I would like to hear other people's opinions about this and maybe we will form a suggestion to go to the suggestions forum.

My ideas are:

1. Nerfing the bot check at end-game places(arcane river):
People who are funded enough to train at these places will most likely never consider botting.

2. Accepting appeals from people who got banned on arcane river maps.

The staff accept appeals from everyone and everywhere.

Perhaps maybe you can consider using a screen recording function, so if you do get banned you have video proof of not actually botting.
Personally i've never been bot-checked at ecrilla and i'm a marksman.

Personnaly I was in the same boat while grinding to 275, getting bot check every 10 minutes, however I use shadowplay in case anything happen, i can save the last 20 minutes.

Also, don't believe all those people claiming dc or freezes, 99% of them are lying and were keyweighting or botting.

But I do however know of 1 person who legitimately got banned when he was actively playing because he activated windows shortcut when trying to answer and when he tried to type, it was opening stuff instead.

ill try the screen recording thing if it actually helps.

They probably are, but knowing my shitty connection, good odds that it might actually happen..

that's a good Idea with recording, but need to make sure it doesn't eat much memory..
and I have honestly no idea how the system triggers, tb has tons of lines and can clear whole ecrilla map in less than 10 sec

thanks for the idea guys!
