Reason For Ban : I have no idea why. I got into the character selection screen just fine, but I struggled to remember my PIC and went through the process of resetting it (The first time, accidentally tried to reset it while I was in the character selection screen.) This is my first time logging on after not having been active in 3+ years and was for some reason soft banned(?) and died whenever I moved. I didn't know at the time I was even soft banned, so I tried making a new account figuring my old one was just bugged because it was old, but was soft banned on that as well. Then upon trying a few hours later after work, I couldn't even launch the game and was permanently banned.
Why should we give you another chance? : I would like the opportunity to get back into the game and play with some old friends I haven't talked to in years. I have no idea why I was banned to begin with. I never had any issues with anyone in the past or ever attempted to use any illegal programs, so this is a complete mystery to me.
