as our Aries Anniversary is coming in soon time , if there is prime scrolls as part of rewards i would like to suggest about this.
Prime Scrolls , especially 1H/2H weapon prime scrolls , i do believe people gonna only use them on godly heart.
so there is a risk which is seller may attempt to scam on prime scroll service but though
even the buyer have recorded all the way , they still not get the item back due to the rule. (only just ban scammer)
if prime scrolls tradeable , at least when the buyer wanna buy prime scrolls they would not need to worry that they may get scammed
and it would be easier to sell for seller , also i have no see any bad thing if they are tradeable via using @offeruse command.
