Addressing the Star Force Revamp Issue

Alright as a disclaimer, Yes I am aware that the Star Force Revamp is not out so Im going to make a suggestion.

Im genuinely concerned as to Why AriesMS is denying its player base to fully star up our gear to 22* and above? i.e why are there custom rates? I understand that you guys “Want to make it challenging for players” but as is, with success rates so so low and each MP box costing 800-900m, not to mention boom rate, Isn’t it a tad excessive to stall progress at max 17-18 stars realistically? (before you trolls start telling me there are some who got to 20* its kinda reserved for the top 0.001% currently and impossible for majority of players.) So please take that into account. Hard progression Is valued to us players, truly, but dont make things impossible.
Plus where in the update log does it show how to get 16-20* boxes or 21-25* boxes and the rates of passing etc? Again, main problem being passing rates too god damn low.

The point is, I would like to make a suggestion to the staff and community to Implement something which is a tad bit easier to reach, If you want to make custom low rates of success for post 20* so be it go right ahead, but getting from 12*-20* could it be as is in GMS rates? Forgive me if i’m wrong but Players on GMS are capping 10bil with crappy Bpot stats and over here the top tier players are barely reaching cap (Which means some do but very few) with full bpot 30% gear upwards due to the massive gap in starforce gain. Forgive me for the aggresive stance on this but I personally see no updates or even announcements targetting this issue in particular or when approximately the update on this will roll out (Revamping the starforcing system for Aries in a sense). With the Economy going bongkers skyrocketting like no tommorow, I feel that this issue should be targeted as a critical condition in this server to save our dying economy and pump in some fresh ways of earning and trading and most importantly, progressing.
I can’t give you specifics on the mechanisms needed but I hope this thread has inspired a sense of awareness towards the Staff members to a degree that should not be taken lightly. I hope you can come up with a measure where server profits will not be affected by implementing proper (as similar as possible to original with tweaks aka GMS) content in the server.

about starforce suggestion, i have post in this.
and think passrate can change to GMS version, but meso cost need change to TMS version after 15 stars.
Ps: starforce cost in TMS version is 2x-4x from GMS version, you can look this,
and ignore 9 and 50 number, its Maple point to starforce in TMS.

Forgive me if i’m wrong but Players on GMS are capping 10bil with crappy Bpot stats

We already have:
  1. Superscrolls and Starforce Box
  2. Overpowered Bonus Potentials
  3. Easy access to Violet Cubes
  4. Donor Slots
  5. Nebulites
  6. Custom weapon flames
With all of this, making it easier to improve gear will make an already easy-to-play server, easier.

Easy for you to quote that particular line and ignore what comes after. Read through my comment. Not just the one that fits your agenda.

From someone who's known to be by far one of the strongest players in the game, I'd say she's pretty well-informed about what the server needs in terms of endgame.

To reiterate the point, if you're already hitting cap without such enhancements, what's the point in adding them?

I also don't see why you're trying to avoid that single line in which you yourself wrote.

From someone who's known to be by far one of the strongest players in the game, I'd say she's pretty well-informed about what the server needs in terms of endgame.

On the contrary I’m not avoiding anything I wrote, I’m pointing out as to the imbalance star force enhancement gives to dmg as compared to bpot stats.

I wouldnt have been complaining about those if I could search it up in the forum. Literally searched lots of times “star force” on the search bar and nothin comes up about boxes post 15* etc. Just another point out. No hard feelings.

On your point of “Whats the point of adding it?” Its called an update for a reason, it rolled out for a reason. If you cant see that despite it coming out as content, Im not sure what direction the server is taking. Weak refute coming from you. I’m sure in your view it’s the best for the server, but people on the ground are having a hard time with the economy’s inflation now. Doing nothing or commenting nothing doesn’t really give us any relief. Given that most of us dont yet have the luxury of end game. It’d be a good way to revive our economy giving us chance to hunt or farm these boxes post 15* and sell it? Rather than hoarding it for paragon players? Abit incentive to get the economy rolling more? Plus my suggestion was to make rates original (Gms) before hitting 20* not after. Again, I dont see any bad in that. Just a suggestion. Please point out flaws of this suggestion.

U can start earning paragon 16-25 boxes as soon as u hit level 275. Exp rates are 8 times which can be increased to 800% for a total of 64x exp. People have hit 275 within 5days of character creation. Majority of the server are just lazy /not motivated to attain the levels. 16*+ boxes are a benefit of those who put in effort to hit 275.

No point getting high stars on your eq when you aren't cut out for end game anyway. 275 is easy to hit for any player with a little bit of effort and motivation.

In terms of progression difficulty, it's good that the boxes are very hard to obtain. The current state of Ariesms late game optimisation has seemed to be mchaos everything to minmax, which is unhealthy for the game due to it being very luck reliant. The difficulty of accessing those boxes make late game progression indeed a long one, where players can expect to still see damage improvements even a year after 17* all items due to the rarity of the boxes.

Late game with benediction tons of players cap. Some jobs start hitting cap as early as 65k stat lul. If everyone hits cap easily then there is no point building godly eq to minmax. U are just an uninformed player who has alot more to learn in aries, don't be like the many who assume they know everything, when there's so much more to learn =)

Thanks for the info. Appreciate it. I admit still tonnes to learn about this server. Still would like to see updates being updates. Tweak it as you will (Aries staff). But still, is it that hard to ask not to deny content?
