Add Scroll for soul shooter for att 100% into the elite coin shop

Seeing as to how the elite coin shop has +3 stat and +5 weapon / magic attack scrolls for LUK, STR and INT , i think it should be fair that DEX users get a +3dex and 5 weapon attack scroll by purchasing the scroll for 800 coins via elite coin shop. As currently DEX users only have scroll for bow 100% and crossbow 100%, which only give +1 dex and +5 weapon attack
