Add Dreamy Belt (Pitched-Boss' Belt) to Hard Lucid

Same of title,
Pitched Boss set was added after March 8 restart,
but Dreamy Belt still not adding to Hard Lucid drop until now,
so need add this Belt to Hard Lucid now.

Because Aries have Pitched boss set in March 2021,
but now Dreamy belt still not add yet.

I know Dreamy belt is not BiS due to have SGB from non-KMS item,
but dont forget Dreamy belt is pitched boss set, not just this belt is not BiS,
and Commanding force earring already added in Hard Darknell too,
so Dreamy belt should add in Hard Lucid.

In Phase 3 of Project Revelry, we will be adding the Dreamy Belt as a potential drop to Hard Lucid. It's drop rate will be similar to that of other Pitched Boss items. This is with the intention of having a more complete loot table for our bosses.
