Add Arcane Symbol Selectors (Event Shop)

A useable item that can be found in GMS maplestory

An item one can purchase during a special server event, such as the holiday events (halloween, christmas).
This item will have a daily limit, or a maximum limit in the special event shops.
Can be untradeable, or tradeable within the account, but cannot be traded with other players.
Players are only allowed to choose Arcane symbols of the regions in which they have completed.
Leveling arcane symbols with only dailies and drop chances may seem slow to level them to deal great damage to bosses such as Lucid and Will.

Negatives that I can think of is:
Some may not have time to complete the server prequest to participate in the event.
May be a disadvantage for those who spend time to farm arcane symbols.

I think by adding the arcane symbol selectors to the event shops, players new and old would have a better experience.
Newer players would faster level up their arcane power in which provides a greater stat boost.
Older players would likely have a high arcane power in which leveling would be slow, it would simply provide them a symbol experience boost.
Depending on how many arcane symbol selectors a player is able to receive during the event, it may equal to the amount of symbols one can achieve by completing dailies for a few days, or for a week or two.

Similar to what I said above a higher arcane power is necessary to deal sufficient damage to the arcane river bosses(Lucid & Will).

Lucid: 360 Arcane power for 100% damage/540 Arcane power for 150% damage(540 arcane may be relatively easy to obtain once the player has completed the esfera questline, in which they would have 6 arcane symbols to level).

Will: 760 Arcane power for 100% damage/1140 Arcane power for 150% damage


Like you said, arcane symbol selectors were available during the 4th Anniversary Event. There were also other event reward additions like nodestones that became noticed during the 2019 winter event (according to what I know). Thank you for this, I may have been too hasty and did not do enough background research on the server events I missed out. From what I know from the 4th Anniversary Event website, the arcane symbol selectors were available in the Mapler Appreciation Box. It was able to be received from the world bosses.

I would like to ask if it to be possible to have the arcane symbol selectors to be able to be obtained through event shops, either bought raw, or by chance through a box. If that appears to be too much of a change for the server to change for future events, I would like the arcane symbol selectors to be an item that can be obtained through the same way as the 4th Anniversary Event during other special server events.

Seems possible, we'll consider it for the next seasonal event (excluding Red Leaf High).

Right now, arcane symbols are one of the only forms of progress that generally feels slower in Aries than in GMS. In general, I think this is fine in terms of stat progression, but with the release of vhilla, cgloom, there is now content that can become gated by arcane force rather than stat.

I propose that arcane symbol selectors be added so that af progression can be faster.

Lols I was going to suggest this also. I think adding it to revelry shop would be nice.

Especially esfera and morass symbol, average player would take forever to max them.

5 revelry point per symbol should be reasonable.

At the very least add it to event shop. Not all players are after cosmetics item. We want useful item too for events.
