Account is already logged in, unstuck doesn't work

Can't log in to the game, it keeps saying that I'm already logged in and when I do unstuck on the website it says in green: "Your account has been fixed! You should be able to log in normally now. " and I can't do it over and over again and it keeps showing this green message but won't unstuck my account.

I'm not the first this is happening to, and this is unacceptable that players that have this issue needs to wait for server to be restarted.
I would like to get unstucked please.

The GM must interact here and fix your issue. To wait for the server to be restarted so you can log in to the game will show that the stuff don't care at all about its community. I saw as well that several players have this issue lately and I think an action is needed to take place.

You do realize there is actually nothing the GMs can do about it. They do not hold the power to arbitrarily restart the server nor do they do the coding.
