Firstly, do make sure that the 2-FA code for your game account is that from the AriesMS website, not the Elluel Network forums. They are 2 separate entities each with their own 2-FA.
After ensuring the abovementioned, do check out the troubleshooting steps listed under the FAQ section of the 2-FA Setup Guide.
Hello, i have the same problem as well. And i've check that the 2-FA code is from AriesMS. Also, the FAQ section does not provide any helps since i've already follow all the steps in it.
