Reason For Ban : Hacking
Why should we give you another chance? :
The only possible reason I can think of is I was using Wireshark at the time, and you can probably confirm that. I would make a guess that it's in the server's custom blacklist, but I don't see why on earth it's considered to be a hacking program. There's absolutely no way you can affect the game with it, and I will happily accept my ban if you can prove otherwise. The only thing it does is capturing packets, and that's for sure not illegal. Every single networking student/engineer use Wireshark for academic/geeky purposes; I did it several times before, and I never thought it was a problem. Unless I had generated fraudulent packets/edited packets on the fly, which again, could never be achieved by the program, I believe the action does not break any rule mentioned in ToS. I will refer to it here:

1. HACKING
Hacking refers to act(s) of cheating using illegitimate methods to create advantage(s) and/or disadvantage(s) for yourself or others beyond standard gameplay. Such acts include the usage of third-party programs inclusive of but not limited to; macro programs, game trainers, and/or any other program(s) that automate specific functions of the game. Players committing such acts are referred to as hackers, where being in a party with a hacker also constitutes as Hacking. Players are not allowed to run two clients on the same Hardware ID, such act(s) will also constitute as Hacking. Usage of third-party software to automate attacks, chats, and/or movements constitutes under Hacking and/or will be referred to as the "usage of third-party programs".

The program I used is legal and widely known. I did not touch/change/modify anything related to the game. I did not commit cheating/hacking.

I was having some free time at work back then, and I admit curiosity might get to me; but as I said, I did not think that there was anything wrong at all using the software, even after read all the terms. I agree that there are situations here that may make the action fall into the gray area, and for that I'm sincerely sorry. Everything I did was out of my personal interest, and not having any ulterior motive.

Therefore, I beg for your forgiveness.

Looking at the packets is the same as looking at the game files or webs source, they're all provided to you by their creators. Yes, sometimes it could be for bad motives; but sometimes it's just simply for some little unexpected insights, for example a skill that hasn't been added to the game, or some certain NX equipment' id?

If this section really does give second chances, I really hope you thoroughly look into my situation, and reconsider your decision.

Thank you for your time.
