Turns out I'm an idiot.
I didn't do the story quests.
IGN: Sialis

Description of Bug:
After getting unbanned I was advised to do my 5th job advancement before continuing my journey to Lvl250 on my cadena mule.
Sadly my questbulb doesn't give me the job advancement quest. (see screenshot 1)
I tried going to the "Memory Keeper" NPC, which starts the questline, manually to start the advancement proccess, but it didn't have any quest available.
After doing a full restart the NPC itself still didn't have any quest for me, but I was able to use the "Job Advancement Quest" button in the Maple Guide to open the starting dialog for the quest (see screenshot 2).
I accepted the quest, but nothing happened.
Clicking the button again opens a empty quest box. (see screenshot 3)
