2nd pic bug ???

I been having this issue for about 3 months. Out of nowhere one day when i tried to log in to my account my pic was wrong so i went to reset it but when the email came that pic also can't work ? i tried it for 4 days then i gave up and now i was hoping that it'll work but it's still not working please help..

When you request your new PIC on the AriesMS website, make sure you're completely logged off when requesting it (including closing your AriesMS in your taskbar).
