Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): Was in monster park bought two SuperScrolls scrolled them on my hat used Advanced Equipment Scroll and went Boom.

Maybe you bought hammers finished the two slots and it was already at 12* and then you boomed it. I'm sure admins can see though. I just enhanced a lot of stuff from 0-12 for 5th job today and didn't experience any bug

I dont think you understand what happened. You saying you enhanced 0-12 and didnt go boom only applies to Starforce. I used An AEE scroll which states 0->1 Star is 100%. You're indeed correct that i cant prove that it was already at 12* and hammered and boom. but it states 5% on AEE past 12*..
