I think (currently) the rule is you can only use the elite boss coupon at 30 or less slots. I wasn't able to use mine at 32 either months ago. When they raise the event character slots limit to 40 soon, we should be able to use ours. Hopefully.

No, those are the hard caps for drop/meso. Kishin is not viable for farming items besides for items that naturally have near 100% drop rate such as monster park tickets, junk ETC items (for events), and ChuChu PQ drops. In those cases, farming with high drop rate makes those items still drop...

That's how magic guard is supposed to work. You still take that much amount of damage, but a large portion gets taken out of your mana. Mana damage, you could say.
