Email changes will be processed at the administrations discretion, no staff member expect for Elyx and Nova will be able to assist you. Please don't tag anyone on Discord about email request either as it's not going to make them do it any faster.
Try going full screen at channel select and continue to login, if that still doesn't work try messing around with your laptop resolution before launching the game.
Have you changed your PC / internet provider since you've last played? If so, it could be the reason you're disconnecting so much. Currently the server is unstable (12/11) so you can't tell if you've fixed your issue till the server wide lag is resolved.
