PIC issues

I am unable to actually create my own PIC. I've read the troubleshoot guide and haven't been able to figure it out.
I'm constantly getting the 'Cannot use this PIC' after attempting to change my PIC.

Reset through website > Use new PIC to login to character that I received from email > logout and choose 'change PIC' > enter existing PIC and then new PIC twice.

Might be an issue. I'll retry right now and let you know.

Worked. I guess I just assumed that since gMS accepted the PIC this game would too. Much appreciated.
