I've also encountered this problem as well. Except my that was "innoed" was a 17* Super scrolled sweetwater item, I didn't have a video or screenshot of it so I brushed it off as misclicking. Had to drop another 2 hammers, 7 superscrolls, meso and star force boxes to get it back. All due to a bug.
