Try going full screen at channel select and continue to login, if that still doesn't work try messing around with your laptop resolution before launching the game.

If you were banned previously then creating another account would count as ban evasion and you'll just be banned all over again.

If you've tried the unstuck option on the website and it doesn't work you'll have to wait for a server restart.

Have you changed your PC / internet provider since you've last played? If so, it could be the reason you're disconnecting so much. Currently the server is unstable (12/11) so you can't tell if you've fixed your issue till the server wide lag is resolved.

Try creating another character to see if the problem is with a specific character.

Server seems to have stability issues at the moment and could be the source to your problem.
